Konosuba Season 3 is Officially Confirmed!
Konosuba Season 3 is officially announced! Konosuba is a 2016 Anime with over 2 seasons under Studio Deen, it has gained a lot of popularity since since its air date, and fans were hoping for a season 3, until May 28, it was officially announced on Konosuba’s twitter and on a Youtube Live Stream. Konosuba fans will not only be getting a season 3 but as well as a spin-off series along side it shown below with a teaser visual. Although, no release date was announced, this is still awesome to hear!
Some staff of the Anime were shown as well: It is said that Yuujiro Abe (Who directed Kaguya Sama: Love is War season 1 and 2) and that Kanasaki Takaomi (KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on this Wonderful World! Director) is participating as a chief supervisor, along with the previous character designer, Koichi Kikuta and series compositioner, Makoto Uezu

If you don’t know Konosuba, here’s a brief description:
KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World! is an isekai anime aired in Winter Season 2016 (10 episodes) that recieved 2 seasons, which the 2nd came out in Winter 2017(also 10 episodes), and now a third is on the way. It has gained alot of popularity with collaborations, dozens of spinoffs and Movies along with more material with the Light Novels. It’s very popular anime, and is no suprise we are seeing a season 3 coming.
The Anime showcases a guy named, Kazuma Satou, who was given two choices when his life ended early, to be brought to heaven, or revive into a fantasy world, which he chooses the new world. Given the decision to choose what to bring into the new world after being asked to defeat the demon king, he decided to choose the goddess, Aqua, who was suprisingly a useless deity, which both ended up surviving the tough world they are venturing into on the conquest to fight the demon king.
The Anime is a comedy fantasy isekai and lives up to the quality of such a genre. There is alot of comical value, and unlike other isekai animes where some sort of seriousness and drama remains in the plots atmosphere, konosuba is a full on “for fun” adventure isekai anime that aims to give you a laugh, which rightfully does.
The plot is rarely developed, and not so much relevance to the plotline is showcased in the anime, it’s more on that episodic slice of life feel about the characters “challenges”, which might turn away a few people. Although, it does make up for it in comedy department, and again, Konosuba is entirely an isekai parody anime that aims to be pure comedy with the over the top running gags at every corner. Give it a watch, so you can be hype together with the konosuba fans for the upcoming season 3.
